CEO & Founder


Elad brings 20 Years of experience in leading customer care operations. Elad established customer care while managing hundreds of people. Elad led the consultant division which provided tier-one organization services for improving their customer engagements. VP of professional services at Aman Group. VP of professional services in Servicefriend. BA in economics. A surfer and a true sea lover.

Itsik Hanan

CTO

An experienced software programmer and a true SAVVY for tech and computers. Itsik specializes in integration, application development, and complex process planning.  Skilled project manager in a wide variety of business applications, CRM, IT, and content management systems. A martial art master that is always one step ahead!

Experienced acquisition marketer with out of box thinking and creative mind. Dream and aim to create an outstanding customer experience with a personal touch. 16 years of total experience in online and traditional marketing. Holds a BA in communication and marketing. Loves music and loves the cinema.

David Morali

COO & CPO

David leads various of Tiff's implementation and development projects for companies such as El-Al Airlines, McDonald's, or Canada Israel. Always passionate about expanding and improving their customer's experience. Holds a BSc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion. 

David never misses out on his sports broadcast and is always on the search for new technologies and gadgets.

Senior success manager

Yarin leads and conducts service projects and CX modules for big organizations such as McDonald's and Facebook (Meta). With wide experience in data analyses and performance optimization from 8200 and from her digital experience, Yarin drives to enhance and improve customer experience through messaging. Studies Digital science at Tel-Aviv University

Data & Systems Analyst

Shir is an Industrial Engineering and Management engineer with a specialization in intelligent systems. She effectively manages projects using a range of technological tools, focusing on analyzing and characterizing processes while ensuring quality control for the company's clients. Shir is known for her ability to find creative solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs, exploring various alternatives to achieve the best outcome. Outside of work, Shir enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with friends.

Romi Horesh

Data & Systems Analyst

Romi leads a variety of implementation and development projects for companies such as McDonald's and Facebook (meta) aimed to produce the best customer experience. Romi studies at the Technion industrial engineering & management with a specialization in economics. All this does not prevent her from opening every morning with yoga

Noa Gotliv
Data & Systems Analyst

Noa holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and participated in the international EIT Food Solutions competition in collaboration with the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion, where her team won second place! Noa is a food enthusiast and enjoys practicing yoga in her spare time.
